Class Description: Come move and sweat to sweet and groovable beats, all while connecting to a group of other humans! We will turn and jump and make our molecules bounce! There will be chances to make up your own movements that feel good in the moment, as well as time to learn a set sequence that incorporates elements from contemporary dance, ballet, and folk dance forms. We will fill ourselves up with ourselves, mirror each others brilliance, and support each other to fly. All are welcome! That means you, regardless of your dance history or non-history. The floor in this space is concrete so you might consider bringing a pair of clean sneakers to add some cushion to the experience. This class is open to people of all abilities, and the space is wheelchair accessible.
