Potions & Pep Talks
$150, 1 hour w/ custom care package
This is an hour long virtual session dedicated to taking good, good care of you. With 15 years experience working with plants and people, I will listen deeply and truly to your care needs and desires. We'll discuss where you're currently at physically and emotionally, and where you'd like to be. This session centers the respect of you, your mind, body and heart, when it comes to your physical and emotional care and well being. There will be zero judgment, only care, compassion and my knowledge and experience. The hope is that you leave our session feeling seen, heard, cared for, empowered and with a plan!
Why plants? For time immemorial, plants and people have had mutually loving and beneficial relationships. The gifts of plants are plentiful ~ they generously offer their physical and emotional medicines to support and guide us, and engage in our healing needs and desires in soft, powerful ways. I grow and hyper locally source medicinal herbs for your formulations, and offer them in extract, flower essence and tea forms mostly.
I suggest booking a follow up session 6-8 weeks out from when we meet to check in with how you're doing and feeling with your custom formulations, and to continue your personalized care and support.
Price includes our hour long consultation, 4 oz custom formulated daily tonic, 1/2 oz custom formulated flower essence potion, any additional formulas or ritual tools I'm compelled to make for you!, and shipping and handling.
HPV Consultations
$175, 1 hour w/ custom care package
Found out that you or a sex partner of yours has HPV? Have HPV and want to explore your care options? Don't fret, friend, we got this! In this 1 hour online session, we will ground in and sort out what's happening, and discuss the many ways we can support you in dealing with an HPV infection, or potential infection. I have over 17 years of personal experience dealing with multiple HPV diagnoses and supporting clients in their HPV care, and feel confident in taking good care of you. Please come with all the specific information, history with HPV, and/or diagnoses from your doctor. While we will be discussing HPV, I will also be asking about your overall physical and emotional health, and tend to those in your custom care package.
Price includes our consultation, care plan, Lauren's HPV, NBD zine, custom formulated care package and shipping and handling. Your custom formulated care package will include a 4 oz bottle of my HPV, NBD formula, 1/2 oz flower essence formulation, 3 month supply of suppositories if indicated, and additional herbal supports that may include teas, tinctures or ritual tools to support your whole physical and emotional body.
I recommend booking a follow up appointment 3 months from our initial session to check in on you and continue your care.
Follow Up Appointment
$85 plus herbs, 1 hour
This is an hour long virtual session following up on your care 6-8 weeks out from our last session. Price includes our consultation. Custom herbal formulations will be agreed upon over email and charged separately via Venmo.
