With 15 years experience working with plants and people, I will listen deeply and truly to your care needs and desires. We'll discuss where you're currently at physically and emotionally, and where you'd like to be. This session centers the respect of you, your mind, body and heart, when it comes to your physical and emotional care and well being. There will be zero judgment, only care, compassion and my knowledge and experience. The hope is that you leave our session feeling seen, heard, cared for, empowered and with a plan!

I grow and hyper locally source medicinal herbs for your formulations, and offer them in extract, flower essence and tea forms mostly.
